For regular, long-term hirings, such as groups, societies, activities etc. there is a special hourly rate and invoicing is carried out at the end of each month. Please contact us for prices etc.
For parties, family celebrations and one off/spot hirers, the Hall is £20.00 per hour for for non residents and £17.50 per hour for hires by Stallingborough residents. The party package gives a two hour party and half an hour either side for setting up/tidying away time, so in effect you get three hours for the price of 2!!
There is a £25 deposit system in place, which is paid at the time of the booking along with full payment for the HAll. The deposit is then refunded on the next working day after the hiring provided there is no damage to the Hall or its contents.

The Bar is also available at a cost of £20.00 for the whole Hall, the Bar, the lounge bar, kitchen and bar staff present on the night. We can stock special requests etc. and so if you have a function coming up, please get in touch and we can organise it for you.
When hiring the Hall without the bar you get full use the main room and the kitchen.
When hiring the Hall with the bar you get full use of the main room, kitchen, lounge bar area with seating etc. and the bar with all bar staff.
